Gabbeh Red Gabbeh Wool Rug 4' x 6'

Measuring 4' x 6' for a living room, Gabbeh Gabbeh is a handmade wool rug in red with a modern design. The design is easy to live with: enough detail to hold interest, not so much that it dictates the rest of the room.

In a living room, run a 4' x 6' along the side or across the foot of a queen bed; in a living room it fits under a coffee table with the front legs of the sofa just on the edge.

Handmade construction means the rug was worked by artisans rather than stamped out by machine; expect a piece with character and a long working life. The medium pile (0.25-0.75 inch) is substantial underfoot without catching on doors. The wool pile hides soil well between cleanings and wears slowly, so this is a rug for rooms you actually live in.
