Cozy Shag Handmade Rust Brown Felted New Zealand Wool Solid Area Rug

Cozy Felted Zealand is a hand-woven wool rug in a modern shag design in rust. The design is easy to live with: enough detail to hold interest, not so much that it dictates the rest of the room.

This rug is hand-woven, a construction that produces a textured, breathable surface with a softer drape than tufted pile. The medium pile (0.25-0.75 inch) is substantial underfoot without catching on doors. The wool pile hides soil well between cleanings and wears slowly, so this is a rug for rooms you actually live in.

Choose the size so the front legs of your seating sit on the rug in a living room, or so 18 to 24 inches of rug shows beyond the mattress in a bedroom. Available in 2 sizes, from 6' x 9' to 8' x 10'.
